When you create an account, you receive free starter credits (currently 250) with no credit card required. Credits do not expire. Once you use your credits, you can purchase a credit pack to keep sending.
Credits are usage-based: 1 credit for each campaign email sent (including follow-ups), 1 credit for each manual reply sent from the dashboard, 5 credits for each reply detected from a lead, and 5 credits for each meeting booked or detected from a tracked calendar link. Warmup usage charges 1 credit for every 10 warmup emails sent. Connecting sender emails and adding leads does not consume credits.
Sending actions that require credits will pause until you add more credits (for example, campaign sends will stop if you have insufficient credits). You can purchase a credit pack when you are ready to continue.
